Satisfaction with your order is our priority. Therefore, Holoubek Studios, Inc will accept items for exchange within 30 day of the original purchase. When you receive your package, you will find an exchange sheet along with your order information. Simply pack up the item(s) for exchange and the completed form in a secure box. Send the package back to us and once we receive it, we will process your exchange. Return postage is paid by you. We do not accept COD returns. We suggest insuring your package to guarantee its arrival.

For Exchanges:
Exchanges are accepted for non-worn non-washed merchandise only. An exchange for an item different than the original order is acceptable. Once we receive back the item for exchange, we will process the request and send out the new merchandise as indicated on the return sheet. Postage back to you is covered by Holoubek Studios.

For Returns:
Returns are only granted under particular circumstances. We will honor a return if we are unable to meet your exchange request, if the merchandise is defective, or if Holoubek Studios made an error in processing your order. Any return request for reasons other than listed must be approved by Holoubek Studios beforehand.
